Bio

I am an award-winning brand and design strategy leader with nearly 15 years in the industry. I have had the privilege of working at some of the interesting and innovative brands and organisations in the world, including Google, IDEO, Media Arts Lab (Apple), The Future Laboratory, Winkreative, and currently, Twenty First Century Brand. I led design teams at IDEO, working across a variety of industries and challenges, from redesigning the mobile and web experience for The Times to imagining the future of VR for Hulu to building a new brand platform for a global property developer. I've also led the brand strategy team at Google Cloud, Google's fastest growing business, and prior to this, working at Media Arts Lab, Apple's exclusive creative partner conducting global research and developing a compelling brand strategy that informed award-winning campaigns. Other brands I've worked with include New York Times, Playstation, Lego, Kate Spade, Cadillac, BMW, and several others. I am also a winner of the IPA's iList for 2022, recognising my commitment to the thesis that inclusion is a driver of growth. Currently, I am a brand impact director and editor-at-large at Twenty First Century Brand where I have worked on developing the inclusion strategy for the consultancy as well as clients such as LinkedIn and Flo Health, as well as brand strategies for Peloton, Balderton Capital, and a new philanthropic organization called Pousaz Philanthropies. For editorial and fiction, I am represented by Peter Fraser Dunlop.
