Extensive LatAm experience, living 4 years as ex-pat in Chile and Mexico, and participating of LatAm Steering and Management Boards since 2004. I have implemented several business transformation programs, since 2001, driven either by M&A's (Bestfoods/Arisco, Unilever/Bestfoods, TNS/Research International, Ipsos/Synovate, GfK/KKR), or sizeable internal changes (Kraft/Philip Morris joint distribution; Unilever Foods/HPC integration in Mexico).
