Passion for people and technology. My happiness comes from seeing happiness in other people and developing scientifically based solutions to progress human well-being. We are currently developing AI video solutions; creating a data driven and unbiased solution to scalable measure and understand human behaviour through an online web application. Neurolytics helps companies with pre-selection, workforce transformation, reducing assessing and interviewing costs, while improving sustainable employability/retention. For me it's awesome to build practical applications based on scientific research to serve, protect, help, cure or better understand people.
