16 years’ experience in semiconductor technology and supply chain operation, including semiconductor process integration and device characterization, advanced memory technology qualification, supplier quality management, supply chain management for electronic components and engineering data analysis. Currently focusing on leading initiatives on internal quality management systems, supplier quality programs, business analytics, app modernization and cloud-native app for quality processes, iIoT & AI solution deployment and Industrial 4.0 transformation, engineering skill development and technical leadership development. Currently the member of IBM Academy of Technology, and the member of iNEMI (International Electronics Manufacturing Initiative) Packaging Technology Integration Group. Graduated from Nanyang Technological University Singapore with B.Eng (1st Class Honor) and National University of Singapore with Master of Science (Microelectronics)
