12 years of formal education, 5 of which is in energy (PhD), 2 in management (MBA) and in engineering (MEM) and 5 in mechanical engineering (BS), 6 years of experience in shepherding the PPP program in the Philippines, over 25 years of experience in leading and in assisting organizations in industry and in government, and over 30 years of building a rich and varied social network of professionals in key sectors: government, energy, health, finance, manufacturing, consulting, and education.
