“Growing by doing” has been my professional path. My entire carrier has been on the automotive business, experiencing production, quality and engineering roles. Started as an electronic technician at Grundig in 1989. During several years I had a global role, at Delphi and later Aptiv, as a leader for a specific process named SMT. Today I am the Manager for for the same process globally, covering 10 pants all around the globe. In between roles, received 6-Sigma Black Belt training, Shainin Journeyman training and participated in more than 100 workshops in many countries from Europe to Americas and Asia, mostly on the Lean area. Additionally, I’ve accomplished more than 1000 hours as a teacher in topics such as Electricity, Electronics and Quality. Lecturing around 500 hours of training other themes, namely teamwork and leadership, Emotion, thought and characterization of the trainer. Self-motivation and communication skills, high energy, creativity and out-of the box thinking, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, those can be considered my strongest skills. Expertise: - In-depth and broad management experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality. - Expertise in problem solving, mainly on 6-Sigma, Shainin and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. - Excellence leadership and interpersonal skills in multi-discipline organization at multinational company.
