I am an experienced Commercial Business Leader as well as a Balanced Scorecard Professional™ (BSP) with a demonstrated history of driving up organizational efficiency in the pharmaceuticals industry across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and the United Kingdom. I currently lead Field Force Excellence in my organization in the United Kingdom aimed at developing and implementing commercial field force excellence strategies, including driving the evolution of the customer engagement model to ensure the delivery of optimal customer experience and impact across all channels. I have a proven ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally on several commercial projects as well as managing vendors/budget funds, and meeting tight deadlines across multiple markets. I am a Pharmacist with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) degree.
