Leader with deep experience in delivering high-tech programmes for the Aerospace sectors, from Business plan to meeting ambitious growth targets by applying effective business leadership, strategy development, business winning, stakeholder management and programme management Having achieved a PhD in Aerospace & Remote Sensing, I was engaged as a Software System Engineer at NEXT in Italy before joining Rolls Royce in Germany in a variety of specialist Propulsion System Engineering roles before becoming a Senior Programme for the Headquarter of Rolls Royce in the UK. In this programme leadership role, I leverage my deep technical sector knowledge to ensure governance across projects while dynamically guiding the strategic planning of several programmes during periods of change.
