Bio

Florence is the Head of Impact Strategy at Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) and Co-Founder of COSMOS, its corporate impact consultancy arm. She is experienced in advising and supporting corporate and non-profit partners embed organisational purpose into concrete visions and actions to address Hong Kong’s urban social challenges. She also drives strategic philanthropy, business development, impact management, and other portfolio management activities for SVhk ventures including the Community Resilience Fund (award-winning bridging loan facility for social enterprises) and Business with Purpose (an HK impact movement to advance and equip businesses as a positive force for good). Florence graduated from the London School of Economics and previously worked as a strategy and operations consultant for multinational corporations in Europe and Hong Kong. She was an inaugural fellow at the Asia Young Activist Researcher Fellowship programme hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and a Full Scholarship Recipient of The HKFYG Jockey Club School of Global Leadership Global Seminar 2021.
