I am a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office and a leader in our European People & Organisational Performance (POP). I am a co-founder of McKinsey Academy, and lead our Leadership & Learning work in Europe. I am passionate about helping top teams, senior executives, and emerging leaders to become more effective, helping companies build capabilities for leadership and enable transformational change. My expertise includes: (agile) transformations, strategy, future of work, human resources excellence and wide-scale organisational change as relates to culture and talent.
