Florian van Riesenbeck has been working in the real estate industry since 1997. His professional experience in fields such as transactions, portfolio and asset management, project development, corporate real estate, special auditing, valuation and consultancy enable him to take a broad view on real estate management and tackle any given task with a comprehensive approach. Besides his master in urban planning, Florian holds a post-graduate degree in real estate economics. As a Fellow of RICS, Florian has been chairing RICS Germany's professional group 'Asset Management', which in July 2015 has released an updated and enhanced version of the guidance note 'Real estate asset management services in Germany'. He is also a member of RICS Europe's working group 'Fund, Portfolio, Asset & Property Management'. Within gif (the German society of real estate reaserch) he is a member of the working group 'Real Estate Investment Management'. In terms of academic work Florian has lecturing on asset management and other topics at the ebs, ADI and Eipos.
