I am a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group and the Leader of the Social Impact & Sustainability Practice in France. I am a core member of BCG’s Consumer, Health Care, Strategy and Social Impact practices. Since joining BCG in 2007, I have worked extensively with companies in healthcare and consumer industries on issues related to sales and marketing, business development, R&D and M&A. In parallel to these assignments, I also helped clients with turnaround plans, organization design, and social impact transformations to build and preserve sustainable competitive advantage.
