Franck-Alexandre has spent the past 17 years steering complex finance, technology, and operations initiatives on four continents. He heads the AI Consulting Practice at DataThings and, in Luxembourg, delivers the AIVDA programme at the Digital Learning Hub, guiding executive teams through the practical steps of turning data into measurable business value.
During eight years with Cebi International he first created the group-wide Internal Audit function—conducting high-impact assignments across Europe, Asia, and the Americas and reducing identified risk exposure by roughly €150 million—before taking charge of the group’s Industry 4.0 portfolio. There he launched and lead the One Cebi Programme and the Predictive Project, a plant-wide Industry 4.0 analytics platform that lifted Overall Equipment Effectiveness by 20 percent, halved scrap, and provided full end-to-end traceability. The initiative earned the Luxembourg AI Excellence Award in July 2025 . His digital-transformation remit also covered global roll-outs of multiple ERP, CRM, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
At PwC Advisory he became the practice’s youngest Senior Advisor, leading EU and government capacity-building programmes. In 2011, he spent a year in Iraq directing the Budget Execution Support Project for the Kurdistan Regional Government (a UNDP and US Depart. of State-funded project), advising the Minister of Finance, co-authored the Holding Fund Handbook for the European Investment Bank and European Commission, and delivered two years of performance-audit training to senior officials of the European Court of Auditors. Over the same period, he secured several tens of millions of euros in competitive tenders, expanding PwC’s advisory footprint across Europe and the Middle East.
Earlier roles include Investment-Fund Financial Auditor with PwC, Financial Controller at the European Investment Bank, and Risk-Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Paris. Franck-Alexandre holds two Master’s degrees in Financial Audit (from Université Paris Cité) and in Internal Audit (from IAE Aix - magna cum laude). He works fluently in French and English and converses in German and Italian, coupling strategic insight with hands-on delivery in regulated, data-intensive environments.
