Bio

I love technology and I have a passion for people that is why I can enthuse and motivate my teams to challenge the boundaries in a enjoyable way! I’m managing in a way that my teams experience satisfaction in performing their jobs, give them enough space so that they excel and have the opportunity to develop their competencies. In the last decade I’m a front runner in embracing and implementing new technologies such as machine learning, real time data processing, data management and real time forecasting systems ensuring that PostNL will be the Tech Postal company in the BeNeLux. In my executive role at PostNL I emphasize on the fact that my teams will enable our business executives to make fact based decisions and look ahead instead of only looking back. Being a striker at soccer I understand that alignment and cooperation with my other team members is crucial in being successful as a frontrunner. I believe that experience in my teams is important but that curiosity in new technologies in combination with passioned cooperation will make the positive difference in success. A plan forms the basis, but with passioned people the execution will make the difference!
