21+ years leading, managing and advising Investors, Shareholders, Boards, CEOs and Government Executives in Africa, UK, US, Europe and Russia on complex cross-border Strategy, M&A, Restructuring and Transformation programmes in Banking, Private Equity, Insurance, Energy, Manufacturing, Consumer, Technology and Telecommunications. Currently, Managing Partner for EY's Strategy, M&A and Business Development across Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. Prior to EY, I was CEO of Afrika Kapital, a Strategy, M&A and Corporate Finance firm I founded in London (UK) that advised Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Family Offices, Asset Management firms and MNCs.
