Some career highlights; ❖ Founder of Golden Reach Ltd a provider of management and board advisory services delivering strategy, turnaround, technology commercialization, innovation, and growth. ❖ I am passionate about sustainability and CSR, and am an Advisor to OPR World (Ocean Pasture Restoration), where I am involved in expanding a PPP biodiversity project regenerating the oceans to a good state of health. This will significantly increase sustainable fish stock and create blue carbon credits. ❖ As CMO of Golden Telecom I led PR efforts to win 2007 Gold Effie Award for Best New Tech Product, Business Week’s ‘Top 10 Fastest Growing Global Tech Companies,’ and Global Telecom’s ‘Innovation Award for New Product.’ Increased shareholder stock value from USD $54 to $104 in three years. Established and executed strategic targets to become best in class. ❖ World WiFi planned an ICO to gain crowdsourced funding for a ‘free’ global WiFi network based on blockchain. Company spokesperson in all US road shows. Ongoing global distribution strategy for World WiFi to B2B market. Successfully raised USD $25M for ICO in soft 2018 market. ❖ Monitor (Deloitte) struggled to establish brand and position in the Russian market. As Senior Advisor founded the American Chamber of Commerce Innovation Working Group, researched barriers to innovation in Russia, and collaborated with the US State Department for the Obama / Medvedev Bilateral Presidential Innovation Working Group for an actionable agenda.
