I'm a Healthcare Technology Manager with 15 years of experience designing and delivering clinical informations systems and hospital data analytics tools. I have spent over 12 years managing international multi-disciplinary teams including Product and Services teams. I specialize in Product Strategy, prioritizing requests and ideas by balancing value with usability, feasability and ROI and translating the result into an ambitious but achievable roadmap. I'm PMP certified and have been involved in over 40 implementation and development projects worldwide ranging from single hospital departments to entire regions. I pride myself on being a very strong communicator, highly analytical, fast-learning and a big picture thinker who will dive into the details when the problem requires it.
