With more than 20 years of experience in information technology and business transformation projects, I have led companies from different sectors and in different countries, which is why I can say that I am passionate about digital transformation and customer experience. This trajectory allowed me to develop a holistic view of the sector linked to a continuous innovation agenda to ensure organizational compliance considering the best governance practices. Today, I am Director of IT and Engineering of Digital Products and Services at Natura &Co, and I help in the implementation of the digital transformation agenda considering all business stakeholders.
