Gary has over 25 years’ experience leading in large financial services organisations both in the UK and Australia, with expertise across the entire value chain. Gary’s key strength is successfully leading and transforming large scale (1,000+ people), geographically dispersed teams with an emphasis on customer service, operational excellence, driving sustainable cultural change and building world-class teams. In particular Gary is passionate about customer experience, innovation and getting the best out of people.
