I am a results-oriented award winning and entrepreneurial-minded International Business Leader with extensive experience within Family Offices, Asset and Alternative Asset Management along with Operational Management. I have transferable knowledge and expertise in brand / asset improvement and repositioning / rebranding, along with successful completion of a number of developments and transactions as demonstrated over the last 30+ years in multiple business globally, with private family offices and independent owners. I have held Executive positions in multiple territories in operations, development and asset management along with various NED positions with in hotels and resorts, online travel company’s, asset holdings, estate management and real estate development. 350M+ asset base under my control during my time (18 years) with the RTT family office. The territories where I have experience are; Spain, Italy, Malta, UK, Dubai and Thailand along with providing advisory services in the US. I speak three languages, English (my Native Language) along with Spanish (fluent) and passable (advanced) Italian. I have also lived in Spain since the late 90,s along with 4 years based in Dubai and 2 years living in Thailand. I have successfully worked with and managed/developed with the following brands and affiliations, Leading Hotels Of The World. Small Luxury Hotels. Nikki Beach and Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts. Dream Hotels and PHD. Wyndham / RCI. Radisson. Ponant. Virtuoso. I also worked - advised, several start up’s both Hotels and Real Estate, Travel and Tech listed and unlisted. I have served on boards of various tourist authorities and hotel associations globally. I am not your standard leader and have had exposure in many fields, I am very agile and entrepreneurial in my approach to business yet, I do understand the very pinnacle of the Luxury Hospitality as demonstrated with Castello Del Nero Tuscany Italy (LHW 1 Michelin Star) which I transacted to Como Holdings. I am also well versed in Resort Operations and Mixed Use. I created the F&B concepts at Castello Del Nero which led to a Michelin Star and numerous other awards so I consider myself to be a well-rounded international leader with the ability to manage multiple verticals in many different segments and geographical and cultural areas.
