I am the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer and Member of the Management Committee for the AXA Group, the global insurance leader. My ambition is to help shape and execute the transformation of AXA globally from Payor to Partner to all our clients, particularly in Commercial Lines and in Health and Protection, and thus redefine the insurance value added. Educated in France and the US, I am a global leader, having worked in US, Germany, Belgium, France, Mainland China, Japan, Africa and Hong Kong. During my 30-year career in McKinsey& Company previously. I had the opportunity to be Managing Partner of our Africa and Japan practices, and served on McKinsey’s global governing body, the Shareholders’ Council and chaired its Governance Committee. I’m interested in macro-economic and consumer trends with a focus on Africa, Japan and France, authoring several reports and a book. One of my passions is to develop senior talent. I love to mentor and sponsor younger colleagues, in particular women, and see them succeed. I’m an advocate for gender diversity, initiating “Women Matter”, McKinsey’s research series on the role of women in corporations.
