I have had the opportunity to work closely with talented HR teams across the UK to inspire HR Transformation by using SAP SuccessFactors, both as a customer and now as a Solution Consultant for SAP. I am extremely lucky to have worked alongside some great people to gain an in depth understanding of HR processes and HR technology. I am interested in creating the best experiences for HR teams navigating their way through a technology transformation, so if you have any ideas you would like to share from your own experience please do reach out! On a more personal note, when I'm not in the office I can usually be found outdoors spending time with my true passion in my life - my animals! If I'm not horse riding I'm out walking with my dog, I spend most of my spare time covered in mud and hay and that's fine by me!
