He has established over 120 government blockchain chapters around the world and has established approximately fifty working groups. GBA working groups cover a wide range of topics. He has developed blockchain training materials that cover most of the established blockchain protocols, platforms, and products. He has delivered public addresses to the United Nations and delivered keynote addresses to audiences of thousands of blockchain leaders around the world. He has advised national government cabinet officials as well as state and local leaders. Mr. Dache is also leading a project designed to use a utility token to transition elements of the GBA into a Decentralized, Autonomous Organization (DAO). The project has been featured in Forbes Magazine and other industry publications.
