In my current role, responsible for global product roadmap / technology portfolio for HR technology, serving our over 300000 employees at Nestlé. This also entailed one of the largest HR Transformations (over 100 countries and 200000+ employees) through which established an agile and evolving Cloud HR ecosystem, Processes and Services to drive value for the Nestle Group. Separately, as part of the group IT LT, I am championing our broader IT transformation in the area of product management. In previous roles: Sponsored transition to Cloud solutions (Learning Management on Cornerstone / Talent and Performance Management on SuccessFactors) and HR Analytics for North America. Drove deployment of major HR and Shared Service initiatives (best practices/processes and solutions) across the Nestle organization. Supported set up of global Shared service organization (captive and BPO) and related IS solutions in the area of HR and Finance. Drive further evolution of global Shared Service solutions in HR. Guided Nestlé through full life-cycle (Strategy, Design, Implementation and Sustain Phases) of a global HR solution, covering over 25 countries and over 200'000 Employees. Successfully started HR/IS/IT consulting company, which at its peak reached a revenue of over 2 Mio Euros & over 15 associates. Acted as Head of Sales and Marketing, in a very competitive market. Successfully positioned a ''boutique consulting company'' against big consulting companies focusing on creating value for customers.
