After a degree in Civil Engineering Transport I held for about 18 years roles for the planning and the management of public transport. I started like assistant to the Director of Automotive Division, then I had been added within the structure of Planning Division and now I'm the COO - Waterborne Mobility System. This position deals with: waterborne service delivery and tourists and private boats docks direction, management and guarantee pursuant to quality, quantity and cost standards for achieving business targets set out in the budget. Responsible for scheduling and managing resources and accomplishing liability procedures. Interface responsibility with programming of awarding bodies ensuring the implementation and development of operations schedule suitable for meeting customers’ mobility requirements within the limits of available resources and in compliance with service contracts completed. This involves analysis of demand and monitorng the quality of the service provided. In recent years, I'm the reference manager for international relations, representing the company in the UITP-Waterborne Transport Platform (I was the chairman for the 2013-2015 and 2015-17) and corporate representative at the Calypso Network Association (CNA) as deputy chairman of the board in charge for the period 2017-2020 and 2020-2023 with responsibility for Communication and Marketing and Chairman of CNA-Desk Italia.
