I lead WSPs Future Mobility team in the UK and have over twenty nine years’ experience in the transportation planning and intelligent transport sectors. I’ve worked in the public and private sectors as a senior client and director level consultant, have led major projects across all transport modes and have a particular understanding of the strategic needs and opportunities surrounding the transport challenges that face our networks, places and citizens. I’m one of only a few recognised UK experts in the field of Future Mobility having led work for DfT, TfN, TfSE, EEH, TfGM, TfWM, WYCA, numerous local authorities, ADEPT, transport operators and private sector developers / asset owners. I’m a strategic thinker with an in depth appreciation of the challenges facing all modes of transport / mobility as a result of disruptors, both within the transportation realm and wider socio-economic changes which influence it. I regularly present insights on Future Mobility at events and conferences, in the UK and elsewhere, and have contributed to WSPs own research.
