I often introduce myself as someone who has failed in business several times since the age of 16, not because I am proud of my mistakes but because I value failure as a catalyst for success. I have since dedicated my life to helping others succeed. Community, entrepreneurship and technology are at the heart of everything I do. I run a number of businesses and initiatives with a focus on providing a platform for women to harness technology for success. I am the Founder and Head of Special Projects at Connected Women, a high-growth services company providing AI and digital task outsourcing solutions. Our tagline, ''Bringing Opportunities Home,'' reflects our mission to elevate the lives of Filipino women through socially-responsible online work. Our vision is to power the inclusive workplace of the future by bringing women into tech at scale. Connected Women has received global recognition in the categories of inclusive innovation, the future of work, e-employment, and women's empowerment. I am a proud recipient of the TOWNS award (The Outstanding Women in the Nations Service) which recognises outstanding dedication, exceptional talent, and a history of contributing positively to society.
