I began my career in Sirti, an Italian multinational Group in the field of Engineering Services for Telecommunications, with initial responsibilities in IT and Organization, developing experiences in M&A, integration and processes re-engineering worldwide. I was then Corporate Industrial Controller for the foreign subsidiaries of the same Group. I moved on to managing Service Innovation and Business Development in another Italian multinational firm, Indesit Company, for which I also was President and CEO of a Commercial and Services startup in the US for 2 years. Following this experience I was Technical Director and subsequently Managing Director of a dynamic ICT company in Italy, in the Softpeople Group (currently Visiant). In 2004 I joined Finmeccanica, the largest Italian Group in Hi-Tech, Aerospace, Defense & Security where I grew my responsibilities from IT Governance to the roles of Group CIO and Group SVP Purchasing. In 2009 I moved to an Operating Company, soon to become a part of Selex ES, where I led Innovation, Business Development and Marketing through many mergers, finally working on the strategic process that brought to the perimeter of the current Division where I led the combined Strategy and Technology unit until mid-2019. In 2019 I was appointed SVP for Think Tanks and Associations, as a focal point for managing and developing the presence of Leonardo in the extensive network of external organizations of which the Company is an important member. In 2020 I moved to the Corporate Strategy Unit, to lead Competitive and Market Analysis and the realization of Leonardo Strategic Intelligence platform. In 2022 I extended the coordination of Strategic Intelligence line of activity to include geo-strategic analysis and studies.
