I have been working at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A - Research& Development Lab since 2006 and I have participated in several EU co-funded projects under FP6, FP7 and H2020 programmes. I am involved at different stages of the research and innovation activities, which go from the proposal preparation and participation to specific European Initiatives to the project management and the involvement in specific project work-packages and activities and so on. My main work experience is on ''Exploitation Activities'' in European Research Project where I manage team composed by different company/organisations members. I manage research projects coordinating the internal work team, with the scope to achieve both project and company goal. I follow the preparation of research proposals, currently inside the H2020 programme and Italian POR. Currently I am managing WiseGRID project (https://www.wisegrid.eu/), which aims at providing a set of solutions, technologies and business models which increase the smartness, stability and security of energy grid and provide more affordable energy for citizens, through the use of storage technologies, e-mobility and Renewable Energy Resources. I am also responsible for the ''exploitation activities'' in other research projects inside the H2020 (5g-Media, EasyTV ect). I am participating in the NEM (New European Media) Initiative, a European Technology Platform. While in the past years I participated in the BDVA (Big Data Value Association (http://www.bdva.eu/), providing my contribution on business issues. I followed an Master in Management and several courses inside my company in order to improve my business and management skills. My main competences are on: Project and team Management; Business Plans, Strategies and models in particular on ICT applied to Energy, Media; Data Driven business models and strategies and finally on research opportunities related to Horizon 2020 framework and Italian framework.
