Enthusiastic about Financial Technology, Digital Innovation and Venture Capital, Glauber Mota is leading the Revolut international expansion in Brazil. Prior to joining Revolut, Glauber was partner at BTG Pactual, one of the largest investment banks in Latin America, where held several senior executive roles at the wholesale bank, the private bank business in Switzerland and latest as COO to its digital retail unit in Brazil. Senior Banking Executive experienced in General Management, Financial Planning, Treasury ALM, Risk and Operational Efficiency. Trained as an Electrical Engineer by the Brazilian Military Academy of Engineering (IME) and with a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in Finance by the Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics (IMPA), Glauber started his career in Asset Management and later have had experiences in Risk Management, ALM Treasury, Finance, FP&A and Operations in Brazil, USA, England, Portugal and Switzerland. Glauber also holds the Certificate in Business Excellence by the Columbia Business School and the General Management Program by the Harvard Business School.
