CTO | CIO | VP | Consultant In my recent years working in Business and Technology, I’ve noticed a blurring of the lines between these two disciplines. Technology decisions are now being made for business’ sake, instead of change driven by new technology. To ensure business success, technology decision makers need to be increasingly financially savvy and able to recognize organizational and cultural impacts of change. Another critical theme is complex projects require detailed planning, effective project management and thoughtful execution. Customers want to leverage integration and automation to reduce costs and speed time to market but with measured risk. Companies that recognize this transformation and hear the important voice of the customer see rapid top line revenue growth and exceptional customer relationships.
