Glenn Kapetansky has a passion for building systems, organizations, and teams that endure, and has done so across a number of business sectors, technologies, and roles. For over 20 years Glenn has advised senior executives and built teams throughout the delivery cycle: strategy, architecture, development, quality assurance, deployment, operational support, financials, and project planning. His credentials were earned in such diverse industries as healthcare, finance, energy, consumer products, and telecommunications. Glenn's current focus areas are agile management, data protection, and audit/regulatory compliance. Glenn has been interviewed on WSJ Online, published on CNBC and Fortune, named numerous times in various Who's Who, and is a repeat recipient of Bell Labs' Arno Penzias Award for Innovation in the Marketplace. He is a frequent panelist at security and privacy events, is Executive Liaison for the CISO of the Year program, served on the HITRUST Data De-Identification Standards Working Group, and is a reviewer of the HHS CSA 405d Cyber Health Practices. He is active in CISO Chicago and the Technology Leaders' Association. Glenn's certifications and memberships include IEEE, ISC^2 (CISSP), ISACA (CISA, CDPSE), and ITIL.​ Specialties: Glenn has specific expertise in Lean & Agile management, e-payments (especially integrated with conventional channels), audit/ regulatory compliance (CISA, NIST), security/ privacy issues (CISSP, PCI, HITRUST), and service management processes (ITIL).
