During my 18+ years of experience in banking & insurance industries, I have worked in all aspects of the testing practice. My experience started in test execution and later focusing on strategy, planning & management. My key responsibilities included creation & implementation of; test strategy, test plan and defect management process. I have managed large test teams, onshore & offshore, executing both manual & automated, using both grey and black box testing methods. I have managed project testing in large enterprise organization in a matrix environment and helped successful project delivery. My PMP certification & Project Management experience, has been critical in my success at engaging appropriately with the project team and management.
