Building GrowthBook, an open source feature flagging and A/B testing platform. Having witnessed first hand the transformative power of running a data driven product development process, and how hard they are to build yourself, GrowthBook is the in-house experimentation platform you don't have to build. I helped to grow Education.com into a top digital learning platform serving millions of parents, teachers, and students around the world, culminating in its successful acquisition. In the past I helped establish multiple computer labs across Tanzania and co-founded an international non-profit to increase internet and computer access in the developing world.
