My career can be summed up as comprehensive and versatile executive-level leadership. From driving corporate renewals to formulating corporate strategy for any company to providing enterprise-wide operations management, I am as comfortable rolling up my sleeves on the front lines as I am sitting at the board table. I solve complex problems while positioning others to succeed. I have empowered both organizations and their people to work together in creating innovative solutions that fix issues. I put the right people in the right positions at the right time, achieving the maximum desired results. From creating start-up companies to operating businesses to liquidating and winding down enterprises, I have provided strategic direction and value-added leadership throughout the entire corporate lifecycle. I invest my time in analyzing and understanding business problems. After gaining deep insights into root cause issues, I formulate strategies that lead to win/win outcomes. In the commercial banking space, my experience spans commercial lending for any credit – commercial real estate (CRE), commercial and industrial (C&I), equipment and asset-based, and SBA loans. I have executed successful workouts, managed special assets, and managed troubled companies to achieve unprecedented performance levels. My leadership has touched document review, litigation, and collections. As a leader, I bring a passion for mentoring to my teams that engages and inspires people to realize their full potential and more. I hold myself and others accountable by clearly articulating objectives, regularly following up, and honestly sharing the brutal truth. After those difficult conversations, I coach them to achieve what they previously thought was impossible.
