It also showed me that I am driven by motion, must always be looking for the next challenge. My industry experience has given me the opportunity to understand and explore my role in purpose driven leadership and how to lead individuals in their own individuality. My variety of roles in industry have showed me the power of creating motivated teams, the power of setting a vision, and the powerful results these bring. Today I have the responsibility and privilege of leading the B2B business unit with unique technology, exceptional team, and hunger to innovate.
