At Juvo, I helped to build an innovative lending product, using telco data and phone as a collateral to expand concession to the low income segment, keeping bad debt low. At Neon neobank, I drastically improved onboarding retention and account activation, reaching top 3 best onboarding experience in Brazil. At Itaú, I launched products in credit, insurance, marketplace and investments. And I led a project that transformed the credit business model for Itaú BBA. I am also an Angel Investor and/or a Mentor of startups such as Linkapital, TheNewSquad, Klavi, Cashu, Stockash, Frezze.
