I am a seasoned leader with extensive experience of innovation, strategy and business development, product development, sales & client relations and business management in institutional banking, specialized in business and technology innovation, transaction banking from payments to trade finance. My super powers are: 1- Change leadership: building new teams & organizations, restructuring and re-energizing organizations. 2- Building sustainable, strategic & impactful partnerships: To survive and thrive in such a rapidly changing world, collaboration will be the greatest enabler. 3- Establishing and executing strategies as a response to evolving trends Innovation has been my passion for more than a decade, and I've pivoted my career towards my passion five years ago making it my profession. I am particularly interested and strong in leveraging emerging technologies to build new business models, to design superior client experience and to achieve operational excellence. I have led and contributed to various initiatives, turning concepts to solutions. Few examples are digital cash management solutions for start-ups, central bank digital currency pilots, smart contract negotiation, payment outlier detection, distributed ledger technology implementation in trade finance.
