I bring both extensive experience in incubation and investments, innovation scouting, global business development, licensing, sales & marketing in international sectors of Foodtech, Water technologies, Sustainable Agriculture and Consumer Health, as well as an in-depth scientific approach. I am the VP External Innovation at ICL group, one of the top tier fertilizers corporations in the world, I am dedicated to establishing the ICL accelerator and leading investments in AgriFoodtech startups. Before joining ICL I was Managing Partner in Aquagro Fund which is a dedicated impact investment management firm that seeks to generate strong financial returns by deploying capital in game changing technology companies that address critical global needs in the fields of smart agriculture, food, and water. Among my responsibilities, I implemented impact investment strategies for the Aquagro Group. Along my professional path I lead Innovation scouting in the areas of AgriFood & Sustainability for the Global Unilever Open Innovation Hub, I was the Global Segment Manager and Corporate Open Innovation Leader at Frutarom, a global leader of flavors and fine ingredients for the foodtech industry and the 2nd largest Israeli “exit,” of approximately $7.1 billion. I am a mentor at the MassChallenge accelerator, at the European EIT Food Accelerator Network (FAN), and at Startup Bootcamp accelerator in Rome. I hold both a MBA in Business and a MSc in Molecular Microbiology & Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University. In my free time I volunteer as a certified Yoga teacher to contribute to the community. I am married and live in Tel Aviv.
