Some of my career achievements include: - Selected as World Economic Forum's Young Global Leader 21’ - Recognized as a courageous-leader through industry's “Top Women Breaking the Mold” nomination - Board Member - Designed integrated End Use (B2B) Marketing organization by delivering $100M growth. - Mitigated business risk related to plastics through tripling investment and building high-profile global team from leading brands and NGOs. - Spearheaded shifting the Dow Foundation from philanthropic to business strategic. - Built a culture of intrapreneurship through jointly founding and growing the Dow Impact Fund to $5M supporting over 25 projects with triple bottom line impact. - Pioneered global innovation lab, Pack Studios, to integrate packaging from pellet to second-life.
