Since the very beginning Leadership & Management were something native for me. That results in mostly managerial and executive positions in my profile. Ability to adapt fast, find and onboard missing knowledge and strong communication skills reasoned the landscape of my managerial focus. Mostly that was high complexity changes, i.e., building functions from scratch, enterprise level transformation projects or new services and products launch. From the industry perspective there are Telecommunication, Banking, Fintech, and IT. Technology component was always the part of my experience with a long list of software implementation projects in role of Project or Product manager. I am the generalist who is confident and capable to handle the Product or Business line from technical, business, financial and legal perspectives.
