Bio

I am currently working as a Senior Manager, leading a team of Agile Coaches, focussing on building a strategy to drive high performing, motivated teams, delivering value to our business across the organisation. I actively seek company wide opportunities to improve end to end efficiency, enabling teams inside as well as outside of technology to drive business agility. In my spare time I am a member of Rickmansworth Players theatre group, volunteer with Girl Guiding, and enjoy walking, cooking and travelling around the world!
