My passion is empowering female leaders especially to take courageous, strategic aligned action with joy to facilitate business growth and mastermind possibilities in reality and profitable way. This includes building meaningful global networks and being constantly, persistently and goal-oriented proactive. I help leaders to grow their business. I believe in sharing experiences thus I aim to have a greater impact in the community, locally and globally. Thus I speak for diversity, female entrepreneurship and positivity within brave proactive leadership. I have been honoured to serve in many organisations and associations as a board member. Also working as a volunteer has given me valuable perspective on things. My experiences, knowledge and skills are in great use of business development, building strategy with aligned action if sales and marketing plans when combining various partners and industries together. I have gained my wide and combining experienxe and perspective also working in experiential event and tourism business. I am smily & business oriented woman with open heart and mind, smily face and can-do entrepreneurial souls, brave attitude, who empowers and influences on people as a strategist, mentor, board member & events specialist being a visionary business women with a talent to combine ready-to-use methods for local and global business goals. I work with the help of my large and meaningful global network. My style of doing things is proactive, energetic and relaxed thus activating the whole team of people around me including partners, clients, board members, staff, participants to cooperate in a new way towards the set goal. I have been helping companies to grow their business in various industries. Working with various projects, people and industries who are forerunners, thrives me forward and keeps me on a path to develop myself continuously. I have a strong background over 20 years of sales and Marketing experience including 15 years of experience in the event industry organising different kind of events, seminar, festivals, conferences and meetings for private and public. I have also worked in HoReCa business in many positions from down to a manager/leader. My work have always included strong leadership, strategy, management, founding of new business areas, marketing, sales, budgeting, HR and productising. Events have been private and public in the sector of business, sports, music, tourism and associational background.
