In her two decades of leadership roles at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS), she has built industry-defining customer experience models and successfully scaled organizations in hypergrowth environments. She is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Entrust. Previously at AWS, Harini built a customer success function that has proven essential to scaling the business by 400%. Her accomplishments include building a new customer success model to support AWS engagement with Software Companies, Private Equity firms, and Startups, and incubating a digital scale customer success model that accelerated customer value realization by 41%. At Microsoft, Harini held leadership roles focused on accelerating customer and partner digital transformation. Her accomplishments included accelerating cloud adoption across Western Europe by 30%, creating public and private partnerships for groundbreaking cloud security policies and programs, and serving as a key leader in creating Microsoft’s first-ever global customer success organization and delivering industry-leading playbooks on accelerating customer adoption and growth. A global citizen with roots in Western Europe and the United States, Harini is a strategic and inspiring leader, recognized for thinking big, navigating complexity, and for her ability to build partnerships and collaborate.
