Bio

In my professional career I acquired several years of experience in effective management of large projects and programmes. My main focus has been on M&A and the subsequent integration of organisations. I am someone who can connect people across disciplines and interests. Furthermore, I find it fantastic to coach high quality professionals, but I also find it important to be coached. I have strong analytic skills and am able to oversee complexity fast. I combine this with a good organisational sensitivity. I am able to translate the strategic level to the tactical level and from there to the operational level. In this process I can be a competent discussion partner from the board room to the working floor while making the synthesis of different perspectives.
