Harry has over 20 years of experience working in digital in strategic planning and programme management resulting in the delivery of transformational services within complex stakeholder environments. He works as a senior consultant, an interim and as a Non-Executive Director. Harry has worked across a range of sectors and clients including the Public Sector (Cabinet Office, Department of Health, Home Office and DWP), the Commercial sector (Old Mutual, Lloyds Banking Group, Reuters and Ask Jeeves) and the Not-for-Profit sector (NSPCC, Shelter and the BBC). He has more recently has been actively investing and mentoring digital start-ups with a focus on Advertising Tech and Digital Marketing services. Building and managing teams including recruitment and training of teams of Digital Product Managers, Data Analysts, Visual Designers, UX Designers, Sales and Marketing teams . Restructuring existing teams to deliver efficiencies. Introducing Agile methodologies and principles in to organisations (including training)) through to product delivery. Managing complex stake-holder relationships and external agency procurement and management; and managing significant budgets (P&L) and timely delivery of projects within budget.
