With over 3 years of industrial experience working in Research and Development to develop novel purification technology and 3 years of academic research experience in Upstream & Downstream bioprocessing, developed knowledge & skillset in: • Downstream Process – Chromatography (HIC, IEC, HPLC, SEC), Dead end filtration & tangential flow filtration (NF, UF), Crystallization, Extraction, Centrifugation • Upstream Process – Fermentation, Media design & Optimization, Microbial isolation, Design of Experiments • Software – Design Expert, Unicorn 7.0, MS Applications • Operation and/or Troubleshooting: AKTA (Pure, Explorer, Purifier, Pilot); Column Packing (Tricorn 10/30; XK 16; HiScale 16,26,50; AxiChrom 140); Analytical Systems (HPLC, UFLC)
