I am a senior Strategy and Operations leader in the technology industry with 20+ years of experience building, growing and scaling businesses. I am currently a General Manager at Walmart with focus on Last Mile Delivery space. My previous experience includes strategy and operating roles at Uber, eBay, IBM, ADP and at Adexa (boutique software company in the supply chain space). My core competency is my valued ability to straddle strategy and execution - and calibrating both in rapid iterations to drive business outcomes. I have a track record of driving financial results and shareholder value, optimizing operations, and building high performing teams. I have successfully incubated and launched high growth businesses, led broad cross functional revenue growth and margin expansion initiatives, and completed multiple M&A and partnership/alliances transactions to deliver the desired business value. I get particularly motivated by the opportunities to build high performing organizations and teams. My definition of high performance includes (1) balancing speed, substance and scale of outcomes (2) driving outcomes for shareholders, customers, employees and communities (3) deliberate focus on developing a culture that is objective, collaborative, inclusive, and self calibrating. I have a particular sense of fulfillment from the teams that I have built over the years and consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity on multiple occasions. My leadership has been influenced by the management cultures that I have been a part of, key mentors and leaders, as well as being brought up by an engineer and an educator.
