I am proud of the people I work with and the work we do. It is these things (the people and what we do) that make a job enjoyable. My contribution to a team is a strategic mindset that is not afraid to challenge the necessity of actions and reimagine risk controls to identify opportunities. I facilitate the creation of a vision and influence stakeholders to realise their own benefit to achieve this vision. The quality of my work has been recognised by the 2021 Utility Arboriculture Award, and showcased on the UVM Podcast. However, work is not life.
