My name is Heath, I'm a recovering technical guy. I help clients link technology to business results by maximizing existing capabilities in people and technology and then building tactical and strategic roadmaps to make you personally successful. The volume and velocity of challenges continually grows in our industry. I work to raise the visibility, capability, and predictability of our teams. Monitoring is about delivering business outcomes not metrics. The goal is creating value for the business with strategic investments in tooling and people- APM, Network Management, Virtualization, etc. I have done work with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Solarwinds, IBM, BMC, CA, Zabbix, OpenNMS and others I can also help in your cloud strategy - AWS, Google, IBM and Microsoft clouds. My focus is on consulting to accelerate your cloud adoption, first on integrating your legacy applications (two-speed or bi-modal IT) to driving integration to social, mobile and other rapidly changing environments that drive down cost, accelerate delivery and create new routes to market. I have a long history with DevOps, focused on reducing cost and increasing speed for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and moving clients to microservices and containers in the cloud. I can help with Datacenter Rationalization, rather than just consolidation. Start with a business-first approach as opposed to technology. I have expertise in managing outsourcing as well as remote infrastructure management. My ITSM experience is built around maximizing your existing capabilities whether with ServiceNow, IBM, BMC or others. I've done work in SW Asset, IT Asset, Event/Incident and Problem management in addition to AIOps, IT Operational Analytics (ITOA) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). I also have experience with Digital and Portals, Automated Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Internet of Things (IoT), Business Process Management (BPM), API Management, and all phases of SW development
